Dr. Rositta Joseph Launches New Poetry Collection ‘A Poet’s Promise’

Dr Rositta Joseph, Academician and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, UK,  has just published a book of poetry. Titled ‘A Poet’s Promise’ and published by Black Eagle Books, USA, the book was released at a glittering function organised by the Poets of Hyderabad community on June 22, 2025, in the presence of eminent academicians and authors, with Dr Sangeetha Puthiyedath, noted author, translator and senior faculty, EFLU, Hyderabad, as the Chief Guest.  Dr. Rositta’s book consists of 63 poems focussing on varied themes from everyday life. Through light and darkness, joy and sorrow, these poems are meant to be a shared experience and a source of hope and courage for all kinds of readers. The book has been listed by the US Library of Congress, appreciated by scholars, and invited to be part of prestigious literary events and discussions. Dr Rositta has earlier published five books including two textbooks and three academic volumes, apart from writing for national and international journals and magazines.
